Special Registration Passes & Eligibility
IIBA Student Scholarship Pass
20 passes available - first come, first served.
The IIBA Student Scholarship Pass is intended for students currently undertaking training in the theory and practice of Bioenergetic Analysis according to the IIBA guidelines and curriculum.
Eligibility requirements - Applicants must:
- Be a member in good standing of the IIBA.
- Be currently enrolled in an IIBA-sanctioned training program.
- Have not yet completed the training program. Advanced trainees who have already completed their training are not eligible.
- Provide the required supporting documentation.
- Agree to volunteer for a conference support task that does not interfere with their learning opportunities.
Required documentation - Applicants must provide:
- Trainee statement: A brief statement including: Full name and contact information, Training group affiliation, A brief description of their situation, An explanation of why receiving the scholarship is important to them.

Letter of support from the coordinating trainer: Trainer's name, Reason for the scholarship request, Confirmation that the training follows the IIBA curriculum, Trainer's signature.
Volunteer commitment
Scholarship recipients agree to assist with conference support task, such as: Registration desk/check-in, Saturday evening support, Directional assistance, Workshop monitoring, etc. Volunteer duties will be arranged so they do not interfere with the student's learning opportunities.
Diversity Pass for IIBA Members & IIBA Trainees
10 passes available - first come, first served.
The Diversity Pass is intended for individuals from historically underrepresented communities, with the aim of reducing financial barriers and increasing access to the conference.
Eligibility
- Available to IIBA Members and IIBA Trainees.
- Eligibility is based on self-identification.
- Limited to 15 passes.

Diversity Pass — Non-IIBA Members
5 passes available - first come, first served.
The Diversity Pass for Non-IIBA Members is intended for individuals from historically underrepresented communities, with the aim of reducing financial barriers and increasing access to the conference.
Eligibility
- Available to individuals who are not active IIBA members.
- Eligibility is based on self-identification.
- Limited to 5 passes.
